No organization can be certified without an independent audit conducted by a Certified CX Auditor (CCXA) with active accreditation.
All certifications under the CX Standard framework require formal evaluation and periodic renewal. Professional and organizational certifications may be suspended or revoked if certification requirements, ethical standards, or evaluation criteria are no longer maintained.
