The CCXA certifies professionals with the capacity to conduct complete operational audits, write findings reports, and issue recommendations under CX Standard methodology. Only CCXA-accredited auditors can certify organizations.
The Certified CX Auditor (CCXA) is the professional certification for those who conduct organizational audits under CX Standard methodology. It is the most operationally critical credential in the ecosystem: only a CCXA with active accreditation can lead a certification audit and sign the official CX Report.
No organization can be certified under CX Standard without a CCXA directing the process. This is non-negotiable.
